As the national coach of Sri Lanka, I lead the team in 2021 to win matches after more than a decade. The team is now amongst the best in South Asia. Sri Lanka has qualified for AFC Final Group Stage for the first time in history. Also, FIFA’s ranking has been slightly improved after a long time. I am Affiliated with FIFA as FSL Technical Director.

My big desire is to be involved in Vietnamese football .local football has improved in the last couple of years but has yet to reach its peak. I can bring a modern training approach and coaching methodology which yet to be implemented to become more competitive on and off the field.

 Yakoma sports concept is working very hard to see that the coach achieve his desire to work and help bring the new methodology of coaching to  Vietnamese football.
